rasulullah pbuh

bismillahirrahmanirrahim..

1st of all, aiesyah, a very big and colourful THANK you for helping kak long in editing this blog. :)
lepas ni, mintak tolong encah lg!

secondly, i know that i've been away too long from writing in this blog. so much things have happened.

btw, i have this one issue that i want to write here.

not too long ago, we celebrated maulidur-rasul, right?

at that time, i was at my grandparents' house.

after fajr prayer on that day, may grandparents went outside and in the house were me and my sister. they usually watch the morning programmes on the tv and when they left, they leave the tv swithed on.

ok, i want to fast -forward the story.

then suddenly my sister called me and she told me that the person in the tv just said muhammad subhanahu wata'ala.

both of us were shocked and we were more shocked that that person did not correct her mistake. so, we just assumed that maybe she did not sure.

but the point is, Rasulullah pbuh or sollallahu alaihi wasallam, i mean, i think even a 7 year old know that. maybe that person did not know but to my personal opinion, i really can't accept that. because it just shows how ignorant you are to the prophet when you called yourself a muslim.

what's more, just before that, the person on the tv just said bad things about a scholar in islam or an 'ulamaa. there are already 2 mistakes there. i don't intend to count the mistakes here, actually. what my point is [for ourselves]:

first, don't be ignorant. please, please, please... be a busybody (in a good way). learn seerah, know the prophet, try our best to follow his teachings. when a person cannot even pray for the prophet correctly... i don't know. till now i'm speechless.

second, if we don't know, then learn. learn from the people who are experts or faqih in that area.

it really doesn't give a good impression when you have made a mistake and then you just go on saying bad things about people that is actually who you can call an 'alim.

that's all.

i'm sorry if this seems like an emotional post. maybe it is, but this is definitely not about politics. i never intend to make this into political matters. i just want to write this because it concerns about our beloved prophet, Muhammad pbuh.

in Bukhari Shareef it is recorded that Hadhrat Umar (radiallahu anhu) said:

“O Rasulullah! Most assuredly, I love you more than all things, but my own life.”

Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

‘I swear by The Being in Whose Power is my life! One is not a perfect believer until one loves me more than one’s own life.”

Hadhrat Umar (reflected and) exclaimed: ‘I now love you more than my own life.”

Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) replied:

‘Now you are a perfect Muslim.” (Tirmizi)

Hadhrat Anas Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) narrates that
a villager came to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and said:

“O Rasulullah! When will it be Qiyaamah?”

Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“What preparations have you made for it?”

He replied: “I have no much Salaat nor Saum, but I have love for Allah and His Rasool.”

Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“On the Day of Qiyaamah every person will be with the one whom he loved.”
(Bukhari, Muslim)

Allahu a'lam
