eidul adha

ok, another post. alhamdulillah.

well, it's nothing really. but, if i think again, it is something.

it is eid, people! :)) Allahu akbar!

yesterday, muslims celebrate eidul adha, which is on 10th of zulhijjah every year (lunar calendar). and it is followed by 3 days of what we call hari-hari tasyriq (in malay language).

on these days, muslims do slaughtering of animals like cow, camel, goat, sheep. it is in remembrance of prophet Ibrahim and his son Ismail alaihimassalam. and, on these days too, people in mecca do the hajj or in english- pilgrimage. how i want to be called there and be one of Allah's guests.

for muslims, remember that we can takbeer until 13th zulhijjah so take this oppurtunity to takbeer as much as you can.

and here is one article regarding eidul adha that i think is very good. (since i dont really have a talent in writing articles, so i want to share this). but it is only for those who can read malay. but i dont know if google translate can translate it well..
